Reputable Pest Protection for New Homes in Silver Cross

Closing on a new home in Silver Cross usually means a fresh slab, new landscaping, and a backyard that was open ground not long ago. Pests do not wait for the boxes to be unpacked. Scorpions, crickets, and subterranean termites move in from the land around the neighborhood as construction settles, and our licensed pest control professionals in Coolidge, AZ, make the trip up to Hunt Highway and Arizona Farms Road to seal new homes before those pests get comfortable.

Why Silver Cross Properties Need Pest Protection Early

Executive Pest Solutions sees the same pattern in new communities across Pinal County. Grading disturbs the soil and pushes out whatever lived there, and new homes often have small gaps around conduit, hose bibbs, and garage door frames that were never sealed tight. Subterranean termites are the costly ones in central Arizona because they reach a house from below, tunneling through soil into slabs and footings. We inspect the soil line and slab edge, treat active colonies, and set a barrier so they cannot work their way back in.

What We Handle Across Silver Cross

Bark scorpions are the pest most new owners notice, usually along baseboards or in the garage after dark. Crickets gather at porch lights through the warmer months, and ants trail in along new concrete. Roof rats can follow block walls and new trees toward rooflines as the neighborhood fills in. Termites are harder to spot, so our subterranean termite control service checks the slab edge before they cause damage. We handle all of it, and we look at the whole lot instead of only the spot where you saw something.
